Communication lies at the heart of any business. When so much of communication is usually down to visual clues in a conversation when those visual clues are not available communication becomes much harder. The folks who have the information do not even trust themselves with the communications in business they have because it’s too easy to make a mistake. We were both very clear in our minds about which part this was and so never bothered to clear this up.
Indeed, this can be a catch-22. There is little doubt that Contemporary Business Communication has been forever changed by the information age. As the saying goes; lose lips sink ships.
You will be able to see a miniature of whoever you are talking too, watch the body language and get a much better feel for the conversation. You should never write as though you were having a conversation. Clearly there are good reasons for such thinking and many organizations take that advice to heart and it becomes policy. For instance, many folks have a lot of knowledge, experience, observations, insight and original thoughts.
So, I guess the question you should be asking since all this is coming fast is; Have you considered how you will use this technology to do all you do better in your business? Well, think about it for a second, you can collaborate on designs. Communication lies at the heart of any business. But, what will these new Business and Administrative Communication be? If it is true that experts are people who have made lots of mistakes then I am a super expert.
